Information for Presenters
Thank you for contributing to IOSSC 2026. Please review the following presenter guidelines.
Oral Presentations
Each oral presentation is allocated 20 minutes, including approximately 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers.
- Please keep your presentation within the allotted time.
- Please arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
- IOSSC 2026 presentation template is available for optional use.
- A 16:9 widescreen format is recommended.
Poster Presentations
Please ensure that the poster title, author names, affiliations, text, figures, and tables are clear and easy to read. Posters should present the key objectives, methods, results, and conclusions in a concise and well-organized format.
In-person Poster Presentations
The official in-person poster session will be held on October 14, 17:30–19:30.
Presenters may set up their posters during the morning of October 14 and should be present at their posters during the scheduled poster session.
Poster format: The recommended standard poster size is 36 × 48 inches, with landscape orientation preferred. The physical poster must not exceed the dimensions of the poster board, which is 48 × 72 inches in landscape orientation.
Online Poster Presentations
Online poster presenters will be asked to submit a single-page PDF (Detailed submission and presentation arrangements will be announced later).
Poster format: A 16:9 aspect ratio in landscape orientation is recommended.
